About the course

What is Inner Transformation: An Introduction to Interspirituality?
Inner Transformation: An Introduction to Interspirituality is a self-paced online course from ProSocial World that invites you to explore your inner life and to consider how it connects to the world around you.
The course starts from a simple but profound idea: that our spiritual evolution, individually and collectively, matters more than we might realise. The way we move through the world (such as how we treat each other, how we care for other living beings, how we respond to injustice) is shaped by something deeper than habit or intention. This course is an invitation to tend to that deeper place.
The course moves through three themes — Interconnectedness, Inner Transformation, and Social Engagement — drawing on the wisdom of Wayne Teasdale's landmark work on universal spirituality. Each section includes short videos, poems, and reflections, as well as simple practices for carrying the ideas into daily life.
It was co-created by Rev. Diane Berke, a spiritual teacher and educator with decades of experience accompanying others on inner journeys, and Susan Soleil, who coordinates spirituality programming at ProSocial World.
Who it's for
Anyone drawn to the inner life — spiritual seekers, people curious about other traditions, those looking to deepen an existing practice, or anyone who senses that the wisdom they need might not be contained in a single tradition. Whether you follow a particular tradition, draw from many, or don't identify with any, no background in spirituality or religion is required.

Hi [First Name],
I wanted to share ProSocial World's new self-paced course on inner life and spiritual growth.
Most of us who care about the world know that our outer actions are connected to something inside us, such as how we show up for others, and whether we move through the world with openness or constraint.
Inner Transformation: An Introduction to Interspirituality is a course that creates space for that inner work. It moves through three themes — Interconnectedness, Inner Transformation, and Social Engagement — weaving together short videos, reflection, poems, and simple daily practices. It draws on the wisdom of Wayne Teasdale's writing on universal spirituality, and the idea that the world's spiritual traditions, for all their differences, have much in common.
Co-created by Rev. Diane Berke and Susan Soleil, two people who have spent their lives accompanying others on this kind of journey, it's for anyone curious about other traditions, those looking to deepen an existing practice, or anyone who senses that the wisdom they need might not be contained in a single tradition.
