ProSocial World Fees and Refunds Policy

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

When a cancellation is received in writing more than two (2) weeks prior to the course start date, a refund will be issued for the registration fee paid, less a 10% processing charge.

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received less than two (2) weeks prior to the course start date.

If extenuating circumstances arise outside of the deadlines outlined below, that is, in the rare instance circumstances arise that you neither could have controlled nor predicted, please contact courses@prosocial.world.

SUBSTITUTION OF COURSE PARTICIPANTS

If you are unable to attend the course you are booked on, you may substitute someone else from your organisation on one occasion by prior arrangement and after notifying us via email at courses@prosocial.world. Please note we must receive prior notification of this at least 10 business days before the course start date.

TRANSFERRING TO ANOTHER COURSE

Transfer to another session/workshop provided that you notify us via email at courses@prosocial.world at least 5 business days prior to the training session start date for which you have registered. A registration may only be transferred once and only towards a session/workshop that is scheduled to occur within 12 months of the original training session date.

We will not consider requests to transfer less than 5 business days prior to a session/workshop start date. If you fail to attend your scheduled course without required notification your training fee will be forfeited.

CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT, OR RESCHEDULING DUE TO PROSOCIAL WORLD

Occasionally ProSocial World may need to cancel, postpone or reschedule courses due to low enrolment numbers or extenuating circumstances.  Should this occur, participants will have the option to transfer fees to an alternative date or receive a full refund of the course fees paid.

In the event that a course is cancelled, postponed or rescheduled by ProSocial World, ProSocial World is only able to refund the course cost. ProSocial World is not able to reimburse any additional expenses incurred to the participant to attend a training course e.g., accommodation, loss of wages or travel costs.

REFUND PROCEDURE

Any refund will take up to 30 days to process.
