Marketing
These items are used to deliver advertising that is more relevant to you and your interests. They may also be used to limit the number of times you see an advertisement and measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. Advertising networks usually place them with the website operator’s permission.
Personalization
These items allow the website to remember choices you make (such as your user name, language, or the region you are in) and provide enhanced, more personal features. For example, a website may provide you with local weather reports or traffic news by storing data about your current location.
Analytics
These items help the website operator understand how its website performs, how visitors interact with the site, and whether there may be technical issues. This storage type usually doesn’t collect information that identifies a visitor.

I am a clinical psychologist with over 20 years experience, mainly working within the NHS. I have been using ACT in my work for over 10 years, and enjoy delivering training and supervision in this. More recently, I have been working with my sister (a counsellor working in educational settings) to deliver ACT into schools, to support teacher and student wellbeing. I love working in groups, and I love using ACT and the ACT Matrix - so for me, Prosocial presents a wonderful opportunity! I used to work as a management consultant, but didn't thrive in that corporate world. Prosocial offers an alternative vision of what the world might look like, and offers a framework for building teams, and communities that work together, for the benefit of all.On a personal level, I am starting a new phase in my life as all my children move onto higher education and flee the nest. Looking forward I hope to work more in partnership with my sister as 'InTwoMinds', and deliver Prosocial and ACT to more and more people and groups of people. Outside of work, I swim outside every day, take my dog Juno on long walks, sing in a community choir, and crochet. I am looking for ways to make the world a better place.
