Learning & Engagement Programs
At ProSocial World, we offer practical, science-based programs that help individuals, teams, and communities strengthen collaboration and lead meaningful change. From introductory courses like Becoming ProSocial to advanced experiences such as the Ambassador’s Program, our learning journeys provide the tools, strategies, and support needed to build trust, navigate complexity, and create lasting impact.

About Our Programs
Becoming Prosocial
An 8-week guided introduction to the ProSocial method as an applied change process. Through weekly peer-group meetings, participants explore the foundations of collaboration and practice applying tools to their real-world challenges.
Leading Prosocial
Designed for those navigating complex, polarized environments. This 10-week course provides evidence-based strategies to enhance trust, strengthen cooperation, and lead cultural change in teams, organizations, and networks.
ProSocial Lab
A cohort-based program that supports groups ready to design and implement social impact projects. Participants receive expert facilitation and guidance, learning to apply ProSocial’s principles to real challenges while building lasting collaboration.
Custom Programs
Bespoke programs are collaborative efforts involving a range of stakeholders focused on implementing a suite of positive social change (prosocial) methods as a form of conscious organisational evolution. Should you be involved, you will join a group of other change agents—representing 10-12 organisations/units—working within their respective spheres of influence and with each other to implement prosocial methods. The aim for your organisation/s and communities more broadly is for them to be more successful in their endeavours and to work more effectively with each other as they implement prosociality at larger scales.
The Ambassador’s Program:
A Flagship Experience
The Ambassador’s Program is a six-month applied learning journey for leaders seeking to create meaningful change in their organizations and communities. It is designed to support leaders as they work on their most pressing adaptive challenges while building the capacity for long-term collaboration.
Purpose
Participants from any background or sector – business, government, education, and community – come together to:
- Learn and apply the principles of ProSocial in real contexts.
- Support each other in implementing projects within their spheres of influence.
- Foster environments where cooperation, trust, and flourishing can take root.
How the program works
Cycles of Learning and Action: Seven flexible cycles (2–3 weeks each) guide participants through preparing for change, personal development, setting strategic agendas, designing governance systems, and implementing action-learning projects.
Workshops & Fieldwork: Each cycle includes a 1.5–3-hour workshop supported by fieldwork and optional one-to-one coaching.
Science-Based Foundations: The program is rooted in evolutionary science, contextual behavioral science, and Elinor Ostrom’s eight design principles for effective group governance.

What Participants Gain
Practical Experience: Tools and practices for creating prosocial environments in teams and organizations.
Supportive Community: A network of like-minded leaders committed to mutual growth and social impact.
Adaptive Capacity: The ability to navigate complexity and uncertainty with resilience and creativity.
Systemic Impact: Opportunities to influence broader social and institutional systems through collaboration.

Program Highlights
Self-Development: Leaders cultivate psychological flexibility, enabling them to act with clarity and purpose in complex situations.
Strategic Impact: Teams identify critical factors shaping their systems and craft strategies to influence them positively.
Governance & Trust: Participants design cultures of fairness, transparency, and accountability to sustain collaboration.
Action Learning: Small-scale projects are developed, tested, and refined through peer consultation, ensuring both innovation and resilience.
Celebration & Scaling: The program concludes by consolidating successes, sharing learning, and positioning projects to grow beyond the initial cohort.

Why It Matters
The challenges facing our world – social fragmentation, environmental pressures, economic uncertainty – demand new ways of working together. The Ambassador’s Program equips leaders and groups with the mindsets, skills, and relationships needed to not only address today’s challenges but also to build a more cooperative and flourishing future.
By joining ProSocial World, you step into a growing global movement dedicated to evolving culture consciously: one group, one organization, one community at a time.
