Ashle serves as the Director of Operations and Marketing at ProSocial World. She brings over 14 years of experience in the nonprofit sector across both the United States and the United Kingdom. Her multidisciplinary background spans management, the arts, participatory research, and cognitive and evolutionary anthropology. In addition to her work with nonprofits and community organizations, Ashle has held academic roles as a research assistant at the University of Oxford and Queen’s University Belfast. She holds two master’s degrees: one in Cognition and Culture, and another in Nonprofit Management with a focus on cultural institutions. Ashle is nearing the completion of her PhD at Ulster University's Belfast School of Art. Her research explores collaborative and socially engaged photography as a tool for visual storytelling, particularly in the context of collective trauma. Her work also examines photographic co-authorship, ethical considerations in collaborative and participatory practices, and the broader applications of participatory research.
