This guided learning journey will introduce the basics of the ProSocial method as an applied change process and welcome participants into our growing global ProSocial Commons community. This course provides weekly peer-group meetings to discuss, explore and deepen the work. Participants will be supported in identifying and working on their particular collaborative needs and goals.

ProSocial Action Lab

Groups from around the world will come together to learn, research, play and practice their collaborative skills. This is an opportunity for your team to join others that are dedicated to deepening relationships, finding shared purpose, and enhancing group effectiveness.

Who is this course for?

Groups or members of groups who want to apply ProSocial in their context with personal coaching support and action research tools. Some experience in ProSocial methods and concepts will be helpful but is not necessary. We’re committed to accessibility. If you are from a marginalized group, part of a developing region, or not in a financial position to cover the full tuition, please do not let price be a barrier. Leading ProSocial

Leading ProSocial is a course designed to strengthen your facilitation skills and sharpen your knowledge of ProSocial concepts and practices. Over 8 weeks, participants will learn how to help groups work together more effectively to achieve their goals. By the end of this course, participants will have the foundation and skills to work with groups of all sizes, in all contexts, at all stages.
